Howell Township Ribbon Cutting for Public Range A ribbon cutting ceremony for a new public range in Howell Twp by our friends at UBNJ. A huge thumbs up to the United Bowhunters of New Jersey (UBNJ) and Howell Township The NJSFSC’s wishes to acknowledge, applaud and congratulate the hard working men and women of both Howell Township and the UBNJ for their combined efforts in facilitating the construction of a world class outdoor Archery Range off Bass Place in Howell Township. On Sat. June 3rd. senior representatives of Howell Township and the UBNJ held hands in partnership to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting of one of the State’s premier outdoor Archery Ranges.
